Conclusive Remarks
Despite low complexity coder is close to SPIHT for same PSNR (< 3% CR w/o AC and < 7% CR w/ AC)
Higher subjective quality because of noise processing and quantization
Performance can be improved (of course) by using real entropy coders
Meets the requirements and can be used for both software and hardware solutions
